Notaries are holders of a public office and thus exercise a “sovereign” activity. They are trustees of all parties involved in the search for a correct, safe, balanced and humanly appropriate solution. The range of notarial services extends from the notarization of real estate purchase contracts or other purchase contracts to heritable building right contracts, creation of liens on real property, declarations of partition, property development contracts, transfers of real property, to marriage contracts and other services in the area of inheritance law.

In the field of corporate law, our external partners assist in the formation of corporations (GmbH, AG, etc.), amendments to the articles of association and capital measures, and in particular the assignment of (GmbH) shares. Also part of the field of activity: The notarial support of corporate and M&A and private equity transactions as well as restructurings.
In addition: The ongoing preparation and support of advisory board meetings and shareholders’ meetings as well as supervisory board meetings and annual general meetings.
