You enter your cash receipts directly via the Internet. This can be done conveniently from any location via smartphone, for example.
GoBD stands for "Grundsätze zur ordnungsmäßigen Führung und Aufbewahrung von Büchern, Aufzeichnungen und Unterlagen in elektronischer Form sowie zum Datenzugriff". These are valid for all types of companies as well as for self-employed and freelancers. The GoBD specify the rules that must be observed when preparing (electronic) accounting and storage, as well as for ensuring the necessary data access by the tax authorities.
